convenient location, well-equipped caravan
helpful staff handy morrisons
Our caravan had everything we needed the staff was helpful too a courtesy call before arrival was welcome after checkout, i forgot my backpack they boxed it and reunited me with it safely. the location is good. It is only ten minutes from both perranporth and newquay i found a morrisons nearby useful for supplies.
i think some hooks on the wall would be useful for hanging coats especially when it rains there were some in a cupboard i was worried i might leave them behind.

dinner was excellent i liked the gluten free fish and chips with crispy batter. the bar and restaurant staff were attentive the service was prompt. happy hour included buy one get one half price cocktails for two hours.

the reception team are very friendly diane and claire were helpful. they are dog friendly too the caravans are nicely spaced out this provided good privacy. i was greeted by a lovely lady who checked me in quickly.

the park is in a fantastic location to travel around the area easily. perranporth and st agnes are close by for lovely days out. a local shop is about a twenty minute walk away.

a satisfactory experience overall
friendly staff climbing frame bed comfort pool hours
the staff were very friendly. i found everyone cute . the children seemed to enjoy the climbing frame play area. the swimming pool looked clean and it was a good size.
the beds were not very comfortable. i also experienced no wifi and poor phone signal. the tv only had basic channels available.

faulty boiler rude receptionist
The boiler in the accommodation did not function properly. i had to reset it frequently to get hot water. No permanent solution was provided . additionally. I overheard a receptionist gossiping about my complaint in the bar with her friends which i found unprofessional and rude.

the caravan was spacious and well-equipped with a dishwasher and ensuite bathrooms. it was really great value for money. i found the hotel immaculate.. it had all the equipment i could possibly want..
The customer service at reception wasn't great. The person directed us to the wrong lodge. i ate in the restaurant one night, and the list of unavailable items was long. the skateboard park has been taken away.. this was my main reason for returning.

spacious static caravan super comfy bed perfect location expensive restaurant food missing park shop limited walking distance
the static caravan was spacious and clean it was perfect for our family trip the beds were super comfy i did not spend much time on site as i like to venture out the location was perfect for exploring nearby.
the restaurant food was nice but so expensive the park doesn't even have a shop this is a problem there is not much nearby for walking distance so you either need a bus or a car this is inconvenient.

Acceptable Stay
quick check-in spacious mobile home missing lamp worst caravan
The mobile home was clean and spacious. It included a dressing room and two bathrooms. Checking in was quick too.
The caravan seemed the worst quality one I have stayed in. Van number 42 is grim. It lacked lamps and there was no carpet in the lounge area.
