the caravan was spacious and well-equipped with a dishwasher and ensuite bathrooms. it was really great value for money. i found the hotel immaculate.. it had all the equipment i could possibly want..
The customer service at reception wasn't great. The person directed us to the wrong lodge. i ate in the restaurant one night, and the list of unavailable items was long. the skateboard park has been taken away.. this was my main reason for returning.

spacious static caravan super comfy bed perfect location expensive restaurant food missing park shop limited walking distance
the static caravan was spacious and clean it was perfect for our family trip the beds were super comfy i did not spend much time on site as i like to venture out the location was perfect for exploring nearby.
the restaurant food was nice but so expensive the park doesn't even have a shop this is a problem there is not much nearby for walking distance so you either need a bus or a car this is inconvenient.

Acceptable Stay
quick check-in spacious mobile home missing lamp worst caravan
The mobile home was clean and spacious. It included a dressing room and two bathrooms. Checking in was quick too.
The caravan seemed the worst quality one I have stayed in. Van number 42 is grim. It lacked lamps and there was no carpet in the lounge area.
